There's no separation between who implements and who trains. The engineers who design the agents in production are the same ones who teach the programs. This is unviable at mass-catalog scale, and that's exactly why it's valuable.

Bitsper Academy doesn't deliver a canned course. Each program is built against the client's real ERP, documents, security constraints, and metrics. The minimum unit is the real case, not the generic slide.

The metric is capability transferred, not attendance.

A program concludes when the client's team can maintain, extend, or govern the system without Bitsper's intervention. Attendance, module completion, and immediate satisfaction are indicators, not outcomes.
