Bitsper operates under a consistent method regardless of the vertical or the client. Each phase produces verifiable deliverables and documented metrics. The method ensures deployment advances only once the previous phase has been validated with real operational data.

- Technical discovery — assessment of existing systems, process mapping, identification of pre-intervention metrics
- Reference architecture — specific deployment design with defined modules, mapped integrations, and documented success metrics
- Directed deployment — iterative activation with verifiable deliveries, continuous technical documentation
- Measured operation — documented post-deployment metrics, iteration on the real operational baseline (ongoing)
When an organization qualifies as a founding client.
Verticals in active development take on a limited number of founding clients. Each request is evaluated against the following objective criteria before any commercial conversation begins.
- There is a specific operational metric measurable before and after deployment
- The document or transaction volume justifies a dedicated agentic deployment
- Current enterprise systems allow integration via standard APIs or available connectors
- The organization has critical processes where auditable traceability matters
- There is both a technical and a business stakeholder with decision authority over the deployment
- The client agrees to act as the vertical's design partner during the product's initial phase
Bitsper declines roughly half of the requests it evaluates. A decline does not reflect the prospect's size or industry, but the fit between the stated challenge and the modules the platform supports in the requested vertical. When a project isn't a fit, Bitsper says so openly.
